Careers

Management Partner, Nigeria

Location: Abuja, Nigeria

Start date: January 2026

Duration of placement: 12 months

Climate change poses increasing risks to Nigeria’s health system, intensifying disease burdens, straining infrastructure, and deepening inequities. In response, Amp Health is partnering with the Federal Ministry of Health and Social Welfare to build an enabling environment for community-driven, climate-resilient health systems.

We are looking for a Management Partner (MP) to support multisectoral collaboration, leadership development, and the institutionalisation of evidence-based climate and health planning in the Ministry. Working with a diverse team of government leaders at the federal and state levels, the MP will strengthen leadership, coordination, and management capabilities for climate and health adaptation. They will be responsible for facilitating cross-sector collaboration, coaching government teams, and ensuring that policy and implementation are driven by evidence and community insights.
